1 반품은 상품을 받으신 날로부터

2 상품을 구매하신 후 하자가 있을 경우
반품 시 택배 비용 및 그 외 비용은 당사에서 부담합니다.

3 상품을 사용하지 않은 상태에서 반품하셔야 하며
상품을 사용하셨거나 고객님의 부주의로 인해 상품가치가 손상되었을 경우 반품이 불가능 합니다.

5 실제 상품이 반송되면 상품을 확인 후에
주문 취소 및 환불 진행해 드립니다.

지식경제부에서 발표한 품목별 소비자 피해보상규정에 따라
당사 제품을 구입하신 뒤 품질에 이상이 있을 경우에는 다음과 같이 수선하여 드립니다.

After purchasing our products according to the (Consumer Damage Compensation Regulations by Item)
announced by the Ministry of Knowledge and Economy,
we will repair as follows if there is a problem with the quality.

1 원단불량, 부자재 불량, 봉재 불량의 경우

구입일로부터 6개월 이내 부분은 무상수선, 교환 또는 구입가 환불하여 드립니다.
(단, 봉제불량은 6개월 경과 후에도 무상수선)


In case of poor fabric, defective materials, and defective materials:
You will receive a refund of the purchase price, exchange, or repair free of charge within 6 months of the purchase date.
(However, in case of poor sewing, free repair is available after six months)

2 사이즈 부정확 및 디자인, 색상 불만의 경우

구입일로부터 7일 이내에 제품에 손상이 없을 때 동일가격, 동일제품 교환을 원칙으로 합니다.

If the product is not damaged within seven days of purchase, you can exchange it for the same price and product

3 소비자 부주의에 의한 제품훼손, 세탁 잘못으로 인한
변형 및 품질보증기간(6개월)이 경과한 제품의 품질 이상에 대해서는 보상의 책임을 지지 않으며,
다만 수선 가능 시에는 당사 품질센터에서 실비로 수선해 드립니다.


If the product is damaged by careless of customer, modified by laundry error, or defective quality assurance period 6 months is expired,
the company's quality center can’t be responsible for any damages, however, for repair and repair.
(If repair is possible, our quality center will repair it at cost.)
